Meet Sarah Hill
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist EMDR trained clinician, Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselors Sandra has earned her Associate’s & Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Counseling with an Emphasis in Professional Mental Health Counseling. Sandra is currently pursuing additional certification in Sex Education. In addition to her educational accomplishments, Sandra is a published author in the book mindful behaviors, Understanding the basics of mindfulness.
Meet Alexis Smith
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has been working as a therapist for over 8 years. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients to facilitate personal growth and healing. I incorporate many treatment modalities in therapy to provide a unique treatment plan for each individual including EMDR, CBT, DBT and Person Centered approaches. EMDR is a highly effective treatment modality used to address symptoms associated with trauma.
